The Light Stream

To forgive is divine and we are divine beings. Therefore we can forgive ourselves. When we forgive, we invite in the divine and ignite our personal healing process. Everything in your world is a projection from yourself. People and situations simply are, they only become good or bad when we apply our filters and judge them to be one or the other. When we judge something as 'bad' it create a negative energy. When we hold onto these negative energies, we cause 'dis-ease'. When we forgive and release, we ignite/invite divine healing. This is a very simple, repetitive process that is likely to be an enormous challenge for most.

This session uses sub-delta frequency entrainment. This entrainment has found to be effective in healing Fybromialgia and Chronic pain (dis-ease closely related to negativity). Make sure you are well hydrated before listening. Make sure you will not be disturbed during the entire session. Sit in a comfortable, relaxed, upright position. We recommend headphones but speakers will work too.

The art of chakra meditation involves focusing your mind on specific energy centers within your body. Each energy center corresponds with a different aspect of your life, so you can target a specific chakra depending on the problem you want to solve or the goal you want to achieve.

Both meditations are designed as a coffee replacement. They have an entrainment track in them that cycles up from 15Hz to 30Hz, to get you properly rev'ed up and ready to go. They only differ in terms of the type of affirmations on each one.

1. Positive Mindset: In this meditation I combined all my favourite, somewhat spiritual in nature, positive affirmations into this track. This includes affirmations on abundance, health, love and life in general. Just the right combination to get you in the right frame of mind to tackle any day that may come your way.

2. Millionaires Mindset: In this meditation I put all by best millionaire affirmations together. I have gathered all the info I can on real affirmations, used by real millionaires. And I have put all the best, most commonly used ones into this meditation. The idea is to set in you the frame of mind needed to make oodles of money.

This is a journey into nature to meet your animal guide(s) and communicate with them too. We start with a simple visualization and some pointers. We open the space for your animal guides to communicate with you and leave space for you to enjoy an experience with them. This is a very special journey and one that you can repeat as often as you need.

This session uses a deep Theta (5 Hz) resonance, with Binaural Beats. Sit in a comfortable, relaxed position and close your eyes. Make sure you are well hydrated before listening. Make sure you will not be disturbed for the duration.

We recommend headphones but speakers will work too. We recommend that you have a pen and paper at hand for when you finish so that you can write notes of this experience as soon as possible.
